Membership Survey

Would you like the opportunity for a year's free membership of the SVAS?

We are now at the end of another season and the beginning of the long wait for the first Sunday in May. With a new season to plan for, more knowledge about you as a member, your ability to help the Collection and some feedback on the SVAS and the Collection will be of great benefit. Please can you spare a few minutes to complete a few questions?

The completed surveys can be put in the post and sent to the SVAS Office and marked as "Membership survey", or returned by e-mail to svas@shuttleworth.org with "Membership survey" in the subject line. Please ensure that your name and membership numbers are included on the form.

All surveys that are completed and returned by th 31st March 2010 will be entered into a draw for a year's free membership of the SVAS.

For those of you who plan to e-mail the completed survey, please download this Word document which can be edited between the [ ] symbols for your answers, and then email it back to us (don't forget to use "Membership survey" as your subject line).
